Automated email templates
It’s not too intuitive how email templates are created and attached to sessions to be sent prior to and after the session. This feature would be to have some default templates and timings such as “Preparing for your session” that get sent out before, automatically which the practitioner can then edit.
Upcoming Reminder on Home Page
Have had a request to put just a small version of upcoming bookings on the home page when a practitioner logs in.
Ability to filter by time when choosing time range
When selecting times for a date, ability to select start/end time (as well as click next through the times available).
More control over when a user can book
As a practitioner, it would be nice to have more control over when a user can book, such as how far in advance, and rest time between sessions.
Search and filter
The ability to search practitioners by keyword and/or filter by more specific options such as price range, certification, etc
Packages cross-practitioner
As well as packages for a practitioner, I feel it would be a cool feature to have packages where you can invite other practitioners together to create a combined package.
Ability to gift sessions
Would be nice if I could gift a session to someone by entering in their email address and/or generating a link.
Login with Apple and Facebook
As well as Google and manual login, the ability to login with Apple and Facebook
Block out dates in practitioner availability calendar
Ability to block out dates via the platform, not just sync with Google Calendar for availability.
Integrated video solution
It would be nice to have an integrated video solution, rather than having to use Google Meet
Push notifications
To receive browser notifications from the platform so it pops up while I’m at my laptop or phone via Chrome
